Call for abstracts to the 14th Nordic Lung Cancer Symposium

Abstract deadline has been extended until June 1st!

The Nordic Thoracic Oncology Group invite you to submit an abstract to the 14th Nordic Lung Cancer Symposium in Bergen August 25th-28th 2022.

Abstracts covering basic, and translational and clinical science that contribute to the understanding of lung cancer in broad terms are eligible for submission. We also encourage abstracts reporting interesting cases in lung cancer. Abstracts presented at international conferences within the last year can also be submitted, and there is no limit to the number of abstracts each researcher can submit. Researchers working in lung cancer in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Iceland, and Norway can submit their abstracts.

Any work with human or animal subjects reported in submitted abstracts must comply with the guiding principles for experimental procedures found in the Declaration of Helsinki of the World Medical Association. Abstracts that have been accepted for publication as a manuscript cannot be submitted.

The abstracts will be reviewed anonymously by an international committee consisting of experts in lung cancer research, and the will be invited to present them as posters at the conference. There will also be a session for specially selected abstracts for oral presentation. There will be prices and grants for best poster and oral presentation at the conference dinner Saturday August 27th.

Submission via e-mail (Marianne.aanerud@med.uib.no) deadline: June 1st, 2022.
